New with tags "modern blouse". This item is believed to be vintage old stock. It was found with many other vintage items that were stored away at my grandparents. Therefore I am considering this also vintage however it has that more modern look to it. The colour is a dark purple/red colour. It looks great. Has a button on each sleeve cuff. Please forgive any wrinkles in the fabric as these have been stored for many years.
