Vintage Susan Van Heusen Top Long Sleeve Button Down Up Blouse Shirt 12 Flower The label appears to read that it is a size 12 (please see photos) It is a blue shirt with colourful flowers on it, it looks great in person! On the inside of the collar the Tag reads: Suan Van Heusen 12 Made in Canada A second smaller tag reads Completely Washable Pre-Shrunk Printed on the inside of the collar it has the numbers: 1-7367 Please see photos for images of tags This vintage shirt was discovered at my grandparents home, it was well cared for and is indeed vintage.
