here i am offering a nice pair of vintage akai slightly large bookshelf speakers.
there were couple of issues which i fixed
1-the grille clothes had couple of holes so i installed new high quality same brown cloth
2- on the back where you connect the speaker wires, the springs for the jacks were old and weak so i replaced both jacks with new jacks
3-the original tweeters were blown so replaced them with horn tweeter(sounds very nice)
4-i had to remove the woofers to replace the back speakers jacks. for some reason i can't seem to find the round ring foam that goes around the woofer to cover the screws on one speaker
they are very nice speakers. very hard to find them now. they don't needs lots of power, rated 30 watts max. i was testing them with a 25 watts receiver they sounded amazing.
made in japan.
surround foams are made of fabric so you don't have to worry about replacing the foams.
