For sale are pairs of made in 1965 12AX7 Philips Amperex branded Electrohome Made the same as Bugle Boy tubes originally made for the organ market Philips Amperex branded Electrohome ECC83 7025A 12AX7 tubes branded Electrohome These are made just like the Amperex Bugle boys Must be the best bargain and sounding tubes 12AX7 tubes for the money!!! Many of us are enjoying running these tubes,and for a fraction of what Amperex Bugle Boys do normally cost! These were manufactured as Organ grade tubes which Electrohome used in organ production The 7025A tube is a low-hum, noise and microphonics version of the 12AX7 Which you can read about here: http://www.radiomuseum.org/tubes/tube_7025.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/12AX7 All have been recently tested showing very strong without any shorts or leaks! Excellent tubes for use in phono stages / where low noise and balanced sections are required. These tubes are all so sonically pleasing, they sound excellent! Electronic companies deceived the pubic by saying stuff like "use only genuine Zenith tubes" etc. Ink stamped production number shows AY PHILIPS ELECTROHOME 12AX7 Identified by: -O ring getter Amperex was an American company that re-labeled tubes from many sources. These are tooled exactly the same as the Amperex Bugle Boys 12AX7's There were at least five different distinct variations of that tube type, depending on the date of manufacturing. These tubes have most quiet, low noise distinct sonic characteristics! Available @ $100.00 a same date code matching pair! Also we have 1960's Baldwin 12AX7 select organ grade production tubes @ $90.00/matched pair *There is a difference with select organ grade tubes as they were doubled tested and the best were selected at the factories, chosen for ultra-low noise, quiet non-microphonic tubes The manufactures were often back in the '60's under contract branding these tested select tubes for Baldwin, Conn, Dyanco, Daystrom-Heathkit, Hammond, etc All tubes have tested strong!
