I bought mine NEW for a project bike that I never accomplished. I tested it on my other bikes just to see the looks and I can tell you that the pictures just don’t do it justice. The Stem has a high glossy shiny black look and is just beautiful in my opinion. My loss is your gain. I have included pictures that will speak about the condition of this item. I will not reserve this item for anyone based on a verbal promise of interest. It is on a first come, first serve basis. As a collector that I am most of items have been kept on a shelf on display or at most used once or twice to test. That should tell you a little bit about the condition. In addition to that, all of my collections have not been exposed to direct sunlight, come from a smoke and pet free home. We can certainly discuss layaway with a deposit if it helps you to obtain this item, but I would strongly recommend paying it in full and taking it home so you can enjoy it sooner.
