Surface Pro 4 i7, charger Introduction

Selling my old Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet/laptop. It's a Surface Pro Tablet model 1724: 256GB HD, i7-6650U CPU, 8GB RAM; reset to factory defaults so that it loads to the 'configure Windows' screen. I'm including the charger and 'Type' Cover (not the 'Touch cover') for it, both of which are in very good shape. Everything is in good working order, except that the battery only lasts about 15 minutes now. I'm willing to ship at the buyers expense.
