This headset is standalone and does not require a PC to use. It has a high refresh rate (120 Hz). It does not require external base stations. It comes with two controllers. The Quest 2 can be connected to a PC via Oculus Link, which can be performed using the official Link cable or a third party USB-C cable. Alternatively, the Quest 2 can be used to play PC VR content wirelessly via use of AirLink. This particular unit also comes with an Orzero Adjustable Headband to replace the original elastic band. This replacement head strap reduces pressure on the face and the head to allow long painless hours of VR gaming.
This Quest 2 was bought 3 years ago on Amazon for $460 (with taxes), and the Orzero Headband for $47, for a grand total of $507. I sell both for $245. I don't sell items separately because the headband is an absolute must for any VR game. As of today, a USED Quest 2 alone sells on Amazon for $410 to $449 before tax. A NEW one is sold on Amazon for $600 to $620, also before tax.
