A great looking magazine! This is the First Quarter, 1983 issue (Vol XIII No 1) of CENTRAL HEADLIGHT railway magazine published by the New York Central System Historical Society. This 31-page magazine is in Very Good (no address label) condition. A previous owner has printed ‘83-1’ in the top right-hand corner of the front cover (see pic). Nothing serious.
