These water transfer decals were purchased approximately 40 years ago when Rick's bike shop moved within Buffalo NY. They have been in business in Buffalo since 1898 and have moved within the city many times. Being that these are as old and original as they are, you have to be careful to make sure they release totally from the paper backing before trying to make the transfer.
