Fantastic pair of Genesis Physics Model I (1) Speakers, Made by Genesis Physics Corp. in the early to mid 70's, in New Hampshire, USA
Immaculate condition, Almost mint, Even better then what the pictures can show, Any imperfections seen in the pics are light reflections or flash issue's
Surrounds have been re done with Proper spec, Made in USA foams, They are functioning perfectly
Very classic "East Coast sound", Capable of deep rich bass and crisp highs, and decent volume when needed, Very similar to EPI model 100, But better in every way in my opinion, The tweeters in these are just outstanding and this models or version of this models are almost mesmerizing to look at, They are like works of art, The design, Engineering and care that went into creating and building some of these old speakers always amazes me, The inverted dome tweeter in these was designed by the great Winslow Burhoe (Who also designed the famous Energy 22 dual hyperdome tweeter and many others)
