This is a steel Miele hybrid with an 18" frame. It fits on the larger size for an 18" frame, and is probably best for someone around 5'9" or a bit taller.
There are spots of surface rust, but it has years of life in it.
It has a rear rack and an attached basket on one side.
It has Shimano trigger shifters and derailleurs.
I've given it a tune up with new cables and cable housing, as well as new grips. It's shifts and brakes perfectly.
