This cable is for carrying both Power and Data.
It comes with 2 connectors - 1x USB C and 1 x iPhone
This cable allows you to conveniently leave the end piece in your phone/tablet/etc, and then easily have the magnetic connector snap into place for charging or data transfer.
Since there are 2 connectors, you can leave one in your iPhone and the other connector in another device using USB C.
