Back tire has no bearings, front tire rim is bad.
Breaks are removed as tires won’t fit with them on. I do have the breaks if you want them.
Needs new chain. I have one but needs a pin.
Frame is worth $500-600 so I’d take this deal. New tires and a chain and you have a $600 bike.
