Your options are to choose one concept for a franchise fee of $12,000 plus fixed royalties of $1,000 per month or chose both concepts for a franchise fee of $14,000 and fixed royalties of $1,200 per month. Please note that location costs are dependent on the concept and size of location you choose. Estimated cash capital required is $100,000. If you already own a restaurant and would like to add Taste of Mediterranean or Mexicana Kitchen concepts the fees start at $25,000.
