The $35.00 price is not negotiable. The scooter has been cleaned and revitalized front to back. It is 46” long. The deck is 4 1/2” off the ground and 14" long and the padded handle bars are 35” high. The tires are pneumatic, not solid. It has front and back brakes. Both brake cables are new. The tire treads are in very good shape with no cracks or bald spots.
