CANADA SAFETY GARMENT FIRE RESISTANT JACKET
This is an older fire resistant jacket that has never been worn and is in near new condition.
Made by "Canada Safety Garment Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta.
Sized 56R
Outer is a dark navy blue heavy weight duck-like overall material.
Inner lining is black lighter weight duck.
Heavy duty metal zipper with wind flap secured with Velcro.
Stand-up collar with Velcro closure.
Two large outside flap pockets with Velcro closures.
Two open-top inner pocket with Velcro closures.
Weight of jacket is approximately 2 kg (4.4 lbs)
I had several of these fire resistant safety garments over the years which I wore constantly at work as I was always around welder. The clothing is tough & last a long time like Carhartt.
This jacket was given to me but it is too big in the body and, of course, no receipts so I could not return it.
New this jacket was in the $250 - $300 range which would be a lot more today.
