The Archon was the flagship titanium frame made by Litespeed before the T1SL. Retail on a new frame and fork alone is USD$2500! Most of the frame is made with 3/2.5 tubing, while the top tube is made with 6/4 tubing. The top tube is folded titanium made from 6/4 tubing. This blend of tubing and tubing shape gives the bike a very stiff ride, while still providing the full benefits of a titanium frame.
The frame is approx a 58cm bike. The frame size is XL which according to the spec has a 58cm top tube. The seat tube is a 55cm with an effective top tube under 59cm. I am 6'1”0 and this frame will fit someone +/- a few inches with ease.
Build specs: Full Shimano Ultegra 6800 - 11spd, Extralite headset, Thompson seatpost collar, Ritchey WCS carbon bar and seatpost; 3T Pro stem, Fulcrum wheels, Fork is an Edge/Enve 1.0. All components are in excellent condition.
There is no escaping the fact that any Titanium bike based on this frame will cost an obscene amount of money, but you cannot fault the Archon for trying to justify it. Here is your chance on great bike for a great price.
