The 1205A had the Larger horn. (811?). These speakers are all original. The compression driver is the Green 808. The woofer is the 423Z. The speakers work fine, and my intent was to refurbish them when I purchased them. I have moved to a smaller space so I have decided to sell them. THEY ARE LARGE at 30 inches wide 48 inches high and 26 inches deep. Most of what is needed is cosmetic, as the side panels are scuffed and some of the vinyl wrap is peeling. There is a slight hum in one of the speakers, but I am attributing that to the Shyza power chord on it. I have tested them using an ipod, and the sound is phenomenal.
I believe that I am the third owner of these speakers. The second owner had them since 1973. And there is some provenance to them as the original owners were 5 man Electrical Band, as i was informed by the second owner. It may be possible to research this with the serial numbers, but I have not tried. I thought it would be SOOOO cool to have their logo on the speakers.....
Asking $2250.00 and from what I see people asking for the individual components, I think this is a fair price.
