1970's Primtemps Paris ladies' hat M/L Introduction
70's hat from French department store in Paris, Primtemps.
Never worn, dark discoloration on edges from storage (see 2nd pic).
Elastic chinstrap (so that you can wear it on windy days).
Best suited for medium and large.
